What is a Home Protection Plan?  I recommend one for the seller to pay for your first year of ownership.  If the seller does not pay for a Home Protection Plan, it is by my recommendation for you the buyers to acquire one in the purchase of your new home.  I recommend First American Home Protection Plan, American Home Shield, Buyers Home Warranty, Old Republic Home Protection Plan.

When selling your home, I will handle all the aspects of the transaction, from dealing with the Marketing, Advertising, Facilitating with contractors/inspectors, to dealing with Lenders in approving the buyers, to helping you if necessary deal with the short sale with the lender on  your home.   I can deal with the Probate property if you need to sell after inheriting the home.  Also, if you consider moving up, what steps need to be considered?  Contingency Removals, to What do I have to do when selling a home?  Do I always have to say yes to a buyers request?  No!  I can help you say no.  I can help in ways you didn't consider.

Short Sale Specialist when it comes to negotiating with the bank in settling and relieving your debt with a First or Second trustee against your property.  If you have tried the Loan Modification, and in most cases it doesn't work, then negotiate with the lender to get the Short Sale Approved.  I will help you deal with the sea of confusion with the banks, and see when they are playing games or not.
